Custom and personalized orders

Make it especially yours by adding personalization. Our personalization turnaround is quick and affordable, and perfect when an ordinary gift just won't do. I love to hear about your ideas. If you do not see an item or color in my shop, please ask. Some items can be personalized. We digitalize our own embroidery and print patterns. If you have an idea, please inquire.

Production time before shipment

Our current production time:
Please check on individual listing.
We schedule ship date based on your "Needed By" and "Event" date. It is important for you to enter this information to ensure on time delivery.

Please do not confuse this with shipping time. Production time is the time we need to create your order BEFORE shipping. Shipping time by USPS varies depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Premium Satin Care

Always wash your satin items in cold water delicate machine setting. Wash it alone or with other delicate items in a laundry bag with mild detergent. Lay flat to air dry, never tumble dry it. Avoid excessive twisting that can leave permanent wrinkles. Try to iron your item when slightly damp and use a cool setting. It should be ironed on the inside at all times when possible.

Shipping

We ship by USPS Priority with tracking confirmation. You will receive a confirmation information with tracking number once your order is marked shipped. Please keep an eye on tracking status and arrange for its arrival. We will considered it "delivered" when tracking information shows "delivered". We can not open a lost claim on delivered packages.

Internet/Online Shopping

Please note that colors may appear differently to individual screen due to monitor calibration. If color/size/quality is a concern, please make sure you purchase one to see and feel the quality before purchasing bulk. We do not accept exchange/returns on items personalized or on sale. There is also an 15% restocking fee if you would need to return the items.

Digital Proof

Due to our quick turnaround, we are not able to show digital proof prior to printing your robes. Browse around the shop and updates to find photos of finished printed robe to help you find a font and print color that you like! We take many photos of completed robes prior to sending them out. Any questions please drop me a line. If you need your lettering customized a certain way, please request prior to placing an order. Otherwise it will follows our standard format on lettering placement. For some words we will use our discretion to space these over 2 lines or maximum 3 lines for best result.

Cancellation/Return/Exchange

We do not accept cancellation on all orders. Be sure that you are purchasing the item before you submit the order. We do not accept exchange/returns on all personalized items or items on sale. In an event that your items can be exchanged, there will be shipping cost to re-ship your exchanged items. In an event that items can be returned, we will charge 15% restocking to cover the shipping cost that we paid to send your items.
